All items sold by Galipette are decades, and in some cases even a century or more old, and as such it should be expected that minor flaws can and do exist. We launder, clean, and mend each item individually to the best of our ability before offering it for sale and try our best to note any flaws published listing, however it is possible that something might be missed (we're only human afterall).
Galipette will review transactions on a case by case basis if and only if an item has been grossly misrepresented by us and we are contacted by the buyer within 24 hours of the item's delivery. Grossly misrepresented does not include issues with sizing or fit or color of an item. It is our intention for buyers to be happy with their purchases and experience and we will work with you to reach a resolution. The cost to ship the returned item is the responsibilty of the buyer and is non-refundable.
